Worth separating what 70 dating apps promises from what it delivers after week one.

I tested that one across two cities and the difference came down to whether the interface gets in the way.

What decided it for me with 70 dating apps was whether the community polices itself.

Most of my useful conversations on the platform started midweek, which says more about whether the moderation is real or decorative than about timing.

If you can only manage a few evenings a week, whether the useful settings are buried matters more than raw volume on the site.

Has anyone got 70 dating apps working properly outside a major city?

Agreed on the whole. Whether the community polices itself is the bit I would test first.

What separates 70 dating apps from the rest of the field is how the pricing behaves once you are invested.

Deleted and reinstalled the platform twice before accepting the issue was how the mobile build compares to the desktop one and not my profile.

Assuming you are not paying, whether the interface gets in the way is where the platform gets tight.

Before committing time to 70 dating apps, work out how usable it is one-handed on a phone.

The thing that finally moved the needle on that one was being specific about whether the community polices itself.

Someone in another thread pointed me at what Datenest does with filters and it was a fair shout.

What CassandraW described matches my experience of 70 dating apps almost exactly.

My first week on the site looked promising; by the second I was only really watching how precise the filters really are.

Unless you're in a major metro, expect how usable it's one-handed on a phone to be the limiting factor on the site.

That is my read on 70 dating apps anyway, others will have had different luck.

Agree with Kevin_S, though 70 dating apps was a bit worse in my case.

If your area is thin, that one will not fix that, whatever whether the algorithm is doing anything useful looks like.

The thing nobody mentions about 70 dating apps is whether the free version is a demo or a product.

Does anyone know whether 70 dating apps changed this recently?

Ended up splitting my time between this and the Luvdate community threads.

The measure I would actually check on 70 dating apps is what the app leaks to other members.

The most useful filter on the platform was recent activity, not distance, and it changed whether messaging costs anything once you start completely.

The reason I stopped recommending some of these is how the mobile build compares to the desktop one.

For a second opinion I also cross-checked Datebie (datebie.online).

Adding a counterpoint about whether the useful settings are buried.

Cutting my radius in half improved whether the filters survive a refresh on the app more than any other change I made.
