Where Tinder stands or falls is how much control you get over who sees you.
Gave the platform a fair run over 4 weeks and kept coming back to how many profiles logged in this week.
Given how whether people reply or just collect matches behaves, I would only recommend the site to someone with patience.
The signals that told me most about Tinder:
- How many Tinder profiles show a recent login rather than a join date
- Whether the filters on Tinder hold after you reload the page
- Whether Tinder lets you send the first message without a card on file
- How fast a report about Tinder gets a human response
That is my read on Tinder anyway, others will have had different luck.
I had a better run on what Datenest does with filters, for whatever that is worth.
